Their service is top notch but I hate the haircut. I wanted a trim not a whole new different haircut. Very disappointed. I definitely didn't want a volume layer This haircut looks the worst on me and I remember mentioning very clearly that I didn't want a volume layer before. I had a customised haircut before and i only wanted a trim! This has never happened before. I had high expectations from Red. Idk what happened after their renovation. They should try to get back to their previous services. I will never go to this place ever again. Not only that they gave a completely different haircut but also they've cut my hair upto 4/5 inches when I've clearly mentioned.5/1 inch.

I have been a regular customer of Red for almost 2 years now, and I highly recommend Red. The behavior of the staff is absolutely kind and heartwarming. They give their best to ensure that every customer feels comfortable. 10/10

Top rated beauty salon at Mohammadpur, Dhaka. My experience with red was wonderful. I took one of their regular packages including oxy de tan facial, hair regrow treatment, menicure, pedicure, hair blow dry and hot oil message. It costed me tk. 2999 and i must say, that was worth of money. Especially, that hot oil message was so soothing that it made me half asleep. Their employees are polite and service they provided me with expert hand and utmost professionalism was amazing.

I had booked a facial, manicure and pedicure and a haircut, and both services were executed with great skill and attention to detail. The massage therapist was highly trained and used a range of techniques to release the tension in my muscles. I felt completely rejuvenated and refreshed after the session. The hair stylist was also highly professional and knowledgeable, and he took the time to listen to my preferences before suggesting a suitable style. The haircut was precisely what I had envisioned, and I was very pleased with the end result. Overall, my experience at RED Beauty Salon was excellent, and I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for high-quality beauty services. The staff was friendly and attentive, the salon was clean and comfortable, and the services were executed with great skill and care. I will definitely be returning for future treatments.

I had high expectations when I visited this place based on a referral from a relative, but I was disappointed by the poor customer service. The receptionist was especially rude, and the gatewoman seemed aggressive when my husband, our child, and I arrived for our first appointment. I paid around 20K for a keratin treatment, which was supposed to include shampoo, conditioner, and food. However, after eating their food, I got extremely sick and had to spend thousands on medical bills that night. The next day, when I went back for a wash and explained what had happened, they not only lacked empathy but also tried to charge me an extra 6,000 for shampoo and conditioner, contradicting what the beautician had initially told me. I was shocked by their behavior and felt like they were taking advantage of customers. I can only recommend this place to those who have unlimited money to spend and don't mind the lack of real customer service.
