Alhamdulillah satisfied with the service of this Spa and Salon.. Allahumma barik. I'm having their services for almost 3years. The services I regularly get are hair massage with hot oil, facial, hot stone foot massage, hair cut, hair dyeing, scrubbing etc. I'm quite satisfied with their services as I have mentioned above. The lady(named Suporna) who does my works is very skilful, well trained, well mannered, friendly and sincere. They maintain hygiene and cleanliness very well and really safe for the ladies to have their spa services with proper privacy and security Alhamdulillah. It's a 'women only' place. The ladies at the reception are also well behaved and friendly. The owner keeps visiting this place everyday and monitors everything possible. Ambiance is extremely soothing and relaxing. The view of the lake makes the experience more pleasant. Staffs are well trained and skilled as well. Hope they will keep up the good work. I wish they had special membership offers for their regular clients. Yet I highly recommend this place for their service and ambiance. The staffs I recommend for services: Shuporna for Hair Treatments and Facials Shushoma for Hair Colour (I bring my own halal certified water permeable hair dye and get the colour applying service but she does the hair colour apply for the salon's in house colour too) Risha for Foot massage, Manicure, Pedicure, Hand and Foot Scrub and massage.

Their staff is great at pretty much everything they do. I've tried their massage, hair services and spa and had a good experience with everything. They don't take appointments unless you want your service done by a specific person. Great for busy season as getting there early pretty much guarantees you will get all the services you want.

I love Zuri and it's my comfort place for self care during my stay in Dhaka.

Sharing pictures of what I wanted vs what I got. I explained them pretty well what I wanted and they assured me they'd be able to do it. My hair was literally fried by the time they were done and it was severely bleach damaged, literally saw half my hair literally break off while colouring. I wanted something cool toned and the end results were horrifying. There were warm tones on the roots, middle and ends. The owner was nice, didn't charge me for the hair but I literally cried after going home. Why would you take on a job that you haven't done before and aren't sure if you can do it or not. I'm still unable to revive what they did to my hair. There are plenty of salons in Dhaka who'd do a much better job when it come to hair, such as hairbar or powder room. I went here because it was new and I went there for a pedicure once and they did a decent job and the owner seemed nice. Little did I know they'd destroy my hair later on. They are okay for things like pedicures and haircuts I guess, but if you like your hair, don't even think about going here for colouring it.

Went there today with my sister absolutely loved the decorations and interior. Got manicure, pedicure, hot oil massage, hair pack, shampoo and blow out (part of a deal). All services were great and very customer friendly environment. Will absolutely visit again

Been going for over 3 years.Quality of service & hospitality is unmatched.Almost everyone working there is simply amazing.Specially Lipi apu,Jotsna apu,Hasna apu.

Their staffs are very good and the place is very neat. They also use imported quality products / cosmetics. But they are a bit too pricey even compared to the other luxury spas or beauty salons.

Had a good experience there. They are very sanitary and provide top quality of services. I got the hot oil massage with extra back massage. I recently got my hair colored there Sushoma di was amazing! All staff are great!
