Hands down the best in Muzaffarpur I live in Bangalore and did not have much idea about makeup services in Muzaffarpur. I picked Bella and Ken for my bridal makeup after doing a bit of research through friends and family. And honestly I could not have made a better decision. The bridal makeup experience at Bella and Ken by Fareeha Ma'am has exceeded all my expectations. Fareeha Ma'am first of all provided virtual as well as in person skin consultation and other tips, just like a family member. She gave attention to all big and small details including hair and draping. She ensured makeup was kept natural and fit to my skin. All products used were of high quality. The makeup was super long lasting till the next morning. I received numerous compliments. Fareeha Ma'am is highly professional and friendly at the same time. She kept ensuring I was comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend Bella and Ken for a seamless and beautiful bridal look. They also have a dedicated area for shooting pics and videos which is an added bonus. They are the best in Muzaffarpur.

I used to come here regulatory during lockdown, and due to unprofessional behavior, I stopped coming here for 2 years. Last year I started using them again on a regular basis, but they make sure you get irritated. I usually prefer one barbar or maybe 1 amongst 2 barbar on a regular basis. But when you reach out for appointment either the barbar is on vacation, or unwilling to take service. Last to last time they assigned me different guy, I was not happy but somehow accepted to avoid conflict, but this receptionist, Anjali keep asking to take service from a new guy everytime. First it was Vikas, then Ravi, and now she was like we will give you someone else. And even when that guy is available, and their salon time is still there for 1 hour 15 min, still she would push for other guy saying he leaves early. I always ensure, I even tip them extra so that they are motivated to give a quality service to me. There is no proper management, and manager is least bothered about the customer's need. She would tell you to take service on days like saturday or days when you are not interested. But unfortunately they dont value their customer. All my friends have gradually stopped coming here due to such unprofessionalism at some point in the past. Now, I have no option but to find a new barbar and get accustomed to someone new again.

I got my bridal makeup and nail extensions done. They charge 50%more and the extensions are coming out in just 10 days. I'm not doing any household chores as a new bride still. They charged 2500 for extensions and 20000 for makeup. It's so disappointing. I highly suggest not to take any services from here.

I got my bridal and engagement makeup done by Fareeha Di (Er. Fareeha Suleman) and she did exactly what i wanted.. Really thankful to her for making my day so special. I was lil scared as I don't do makeup frequently but she is really good at her work. Also she is really considerate to each client of hers and gives them sufficient time and effort. My experience, I would say has been great and would recommend others as well.
