Totally unsatisfied with the service, they don't understand the reference they will just do anything, and makes you understand that's the right one. Price is too much according to the service they gave. It was my first time to the salon and I'll make sure not to visit it anytime in future. Since there is no option to reply you over your justification im adding it here, if you guys are professionals and I told you I'm using colour, told you the name of what I'm exactly using its your duty to make sure if you will be able to work over the hairs and the cut was worse as well, have got it done in other salon so accept your customer is not satisfied, and I don't lie like you guys, "we can do any kind of cut you want" it was just 1k why would I cry about discount over it, lying is your job.
