I had purchased a coupon card during the salon's early days, which promised several free and discounted services. While I completely understand that high-end services might not be offered with a coupon card, I at least expected decent basic services. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When I went to avail one of the services, it was completed hastily in just 5-10 minutes, using substandard products that clearly lacked quality. To make matters worse, the staff member providing the service was distracted and busy taking personal phone calls throughout the session, which made the experience feel rushed and unprofessional. This is absolutely unacceptable, as even basic courtesy and attention were missing. It felt like they didn't care about their customers at all. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone based on my experience. If you're considering visiting, think twice. They really need to work on their professionalism and service quality.

My wife recently visited Mondblume, where they offered a discount card at the time of opening along with some free services for 500, valid for one year. She went in for a manicure, but was told that the discount would only apply if she also took a pedicure, which was not mentioned on the card. She decided to use the card for the free manicure, but the service was subpar, using a low-quality local product, and the manicure was completed in just 10 minutes. Mondblume should clearly state that the discount only applies to local products, not to high-quality branded ones. This kind of misleading practice is unfair and deceptive to customers, and shouldn't be used to attract business.
