I had my engagement in November, which was one of the most important days of my life. Naturally, I wanted everything to be perfect - especially my makeup. Unfortunately, my experience with this makeup artist was extremely disappointing and far from what I expected or was promised. She even charged 3000 thousand for make-up trial. 10000 advance+ 10000 after makeup was done. Despite discussing everything in advance, including the kind of look I wanted and sharing references, the final result was nowhere close. The makeup was poorly done - it looked patchy, the base wasn't blended properly, and it didn't suit my skin tone at all. Instead of enhancing my features, the makeup made me feel uncomfortable and self-conscious throughout the event. This was supposed to be a memorable day for me, and instead, I ended up feeling disappointed every time I look at my engagement photos. I would not recommend this makeup artist to anyone looking for quality, care, or professionalism. Please think twice before booking.

Fantastic work. We came over from Mumbai and it was already late around 8pm and my wife needed an important makeup done for her brother's wedding. This is when Sneha maam and her team stood up and kept working till 10pm and the makeup was done so well that everyone gave compliments to my wife. This was possible only because of Sneha maam's commitment and her helping nature even it was around 10 pm in Patna. Kudos to her and her entire team.
