Extremely bad service, she has no idea of straightening or keratin treatment, how much cream to apply and how long to keep on normal/colored hair. In my last visit to her parlour. she burnt mine and my mom's hair. After straightening our hair looked so bad, she damaged our hairs so much. She doesn't give professional service , neither she use good products.
