Earlier, 5-6 years back this parlour had a very good reputation, but now it has detoriated to a good extent. Recently i got my haircut done, and the owner of the parlour she has worst temper when it comes to handling different hair accordingly, i have a frizzy hair which gets bad in humid days, first of all she doesn't shampoo and doesn't spary enough water so that my hair becomes lil manageable. If you will cut any frizzy hair dry!! Definitely it will feel rough and hard, but no she doesn't consider that and makes all the faces she can and handles the hair very roughly and badly. If they can improve on their customer care service i know this parlour will have smooth path to walk in.
