Their service is extremely slow. Also, they are not adjusting at all. I went when I was 9 months pregnant and was getting late for something, the staff refused to get a help for drying my hair because it's against their policy to have two people work on the same thing. Ultimately, I had to leave half of it. I understand professionalism but when you are not even adjusting for a pregnant lady, I'm sorry, it's not a good service.
