The worst & very unprofessional staff i ever saw..i have done with my hair smoothening & just after 1 wash my hair got worst then before and even after my complain they were arguing wid me not even accept the mistake

Today i got a unprofessional cutting done by your stylist. I don't even want to call him a stylist anymore. He doesn't even wanted to listen to my instructions and he almost made me bleed with the blade at the back. Lakme, please look into this concern seriously. I really had a very bad experience with you today.

Pathetic staff. Can't honour prior appointment and are liars, even dare to argue with customers. Brand maybe Lakme, service is pure roadside. Don't waste your time here.

The service of the salon is amazing .. I got facial and massage service from Ina mam.. she was amazing.. she gave relaxing massage and facial .. it's worth the money.... Do visit once.
