If you're looking to pay premium prices for below-average service, look no further -- Toni & Guy Bilaspur has mastered the art. Started with a hair spa where, surprise surprise, steam is apparently optional. When I asked for my hair to be straightened after, it came with a bonus: the delightful smell of burnt hair. Just what I always wanted from a "professional" salon experience. But wait, it gets better. I decided to get gel nails done -- which turned into a saga. First, it took the technician forever to remove the previous acrylic polish. Then, the final result? Patchy, messy, and about as "gel" as a dried glue stick. The polish didn't even survive a week. Here's the cherry on top: I was charged 2000 -- the rate for acrylic nail extensions -- despite clearly getting gel polish on my natural nails. No extensions. Nada. The menu said 499. Even their gel-on-extension rate was 1499, but apparently basic logic and listed prices don't apply here. When I asked why, I was told something about "chemicals" and that my natural nails were long so it counts as extensions. Genius, really. Why have a price list when you can just make it up? All in all, a masterclass in how to overcharge and underdeliver. Never again.

I have tried many services here like waxing , threading , upperlips and hair service . But there threading service is so pathetic i am not at all satisfied and happy. Threading enhance your facebeauty but if it goes wrong then it will decrease your face feauture enhencement. Even manager also seems to be rude she did not even except the mistake done by their beautician. My face is looking like joker now. Felling so frustrated

this ridiculous hair cut has been done at tony & guy, Bilaspur branch. I had never expected such a worst hair cut ever by anyone in my life but people at tony & guy proved me wrong the hair dresser was so unprofessional that he was not knowing how to fade the side hairs!!! even a small street salon guy can do it. I strongly recommend not to visit here to spoil your precious hair
