I paid a hefty 3000 Rs under the false pretence of hydra facial for acne prone skin. It was nowhere worth half the money I paid. Untrained staff, just throwing incomplete information on asking questions. I regret it. The salon is dirty, poor air conditioning and rodent infested. They were handing out unwashed, stinky gross towels. On asking about cleanliness and sanitisation they told me its clean when it was clearly not! I mean, why did I go there?! I don't have the habit of "creating a scene" so I paid and left but now I am thinking I shouldn't have. I got a hairspa too, without a head massage paid another 1000 bucks for it and the manager said it doesn't come with the massage which he should have told me before starting the service. Most regrettable decision of going for a hydra facial. They used local brand of creams and products which I'm pretty certain will be useless. The equipments too were not being used correctly, the girl didn't know what she was doing, didn't see or feel any changes on the first look on my skin after the service. Major Disappointment !

Worst experience ever.. I went there to get my hair smoothing and after the service my hair got frizzy and then they did 2 more processes after which my hair got more frizzy and damaged. The owner was not even bothered about his mistake. I regret a lot why I went there for this service. Waste of money is ok but they spoiled my hair completely..

Finally, I found someone who can do miracles to my hair. The way he did the hair cut is really impressive and professional. Also, most affordable saloon ever seen.
