Pathetic experience Would never recommend this salon to anyone. I visited on day one, they kept me waiting for half an hour for the service. Later, they denied and scheduled an appointment two day later at their convinient time. Though I insisted, I can wait a little as it was not convinient for me to come back later. Welll we scheduled for another day. On the scheduled day, 2 Minute before the scheduled time they called and rescheduled the appointment 1 hour later. I reconfirmed with all my sincerity, if it's not possible I will go back but they agreed for no further delay. Again, after after an hour they called me and cancelled the appointment bcoz some other client came late. Shameless thing was after all this bullsh*t, and denying the service they were fooling me to wait for another 40 mins for the service to be done. All this while I was roaming around the space, wasting my time bcoz of their rediculous irresponsible behaviour when I was supposed to pack stuffs for my travelling ( all this was clearly communicated to them when I first visited the stress centre ) Highly unprofessional owner and so called manager.

I recently visited this salon for a hair spa treatment, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The salon's ambiance is undeniably beautiful and soothing, creating a relaxing environment. However, this positive aspect is overshadowed by several issues with their service. Firstly, the pricing is quite high, significantly above the standard market rate for a basic L'Oreal hair spa. The lack of transparency about the costs was frustrating. To make matters worse, the staff seemed inadequately trained in customer communication, which only compounded the problem. They were not only unhelpful but also unprofessional in their interactions. The manager's demeanor was particularly disappointing. They were notably rude and dismissive, which made me feel undervalued as a customer. It's clear that there is a significant need for better staff training in both technical skills and customer service.

Everything is fabulous. The ambience, the staff and the services. I went to Juhi's salon for regular salon services as well as make up for a wedding. I was very impressed. Everyone in the staff knows what they're doing. Juhi especially is the best make up artist I've ever worked with. Nobody pushed me to get any additional services like they usually do in other salons. Definitely worth every penny I spent there. Highly recommended.

I would not recommend this salon to anyone!! I had the worst experience with Juhi's Saion & Spa. When i went to inquire for make-up they said she charges Rs 5000 for engagement make-up. Next week when i went to finalize it, they said it was old charges and they will take 7000 rs for engagement make-up. I only wanted a very light make-up but she rudely told me that i will have to pay 7000 Rs for an engagement make-up. The receptionist was very disrespectful & rude and she insulted my mother and myself when we went to their Salon for inquiry. I will most definitely not be coming here again - and would not recommend them to any of my friends. It should be the responsibility of the owner to tell their employees - how to behave with a customer. The way i was treated shows that they are very unprofessional and doesn't know how to treat their customers right. One should always keep in mind that a business is successful because of the quality of service it provides to it customers. I am very disappointed with them and wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!

Completely Satisfied with the Bridal Makeup. Juhi mam helped me in everything from deciding how to stich the blouze to what jewellery to wear to which makeup will suit me N the makeup was so good that it lasted from wedding to my Reception as i didnot get time to change my makeup Thanks alot Mam

Words wouldn't be enough to describe my satisfaction levels for my bridal make up for two functions and in addition the pre-bridal was again a wonderful job done by the team. Thank you everyone in the team for making my big day, beautiful!!
