Made us wait for 1 hour and didn't provide the proper facial service and wasted our time. Highly irresponsible and unprofessional.

I'm coming to Yash since he was nothing and was an ordinary employee of a brand ballaza he was cutting my hair since then I was 19 and I use to wait my haircut even if I was working and outside for my professional commitments I use to hold my haircuts just for him but after 15 years of relationship today he told me that you have to wait till seven only then he will be able to give me an appointment so I rate him one and will never come to him again just because now you have money you can do it too I will go somewhere else goodluck he should have manage his appointment for me as I'm the oldest clients ever he had and most loyal

Very disappointed i wanted colour baliyage and they did blonde highlights on my hair and totally different colour and took 3500 RS i will never go there again... And my hair is not looking nice...

The Facial was average, the massage was not proper, did not properly scrub and remove white heads. The steam (i.e. for 1 minute only) was given after applying scrub which generally is not the way to go. The eyebrow made was uneven and when complained about it, the owner got defensive and responded in unprofessional manner. overall a bad experience and the owner was also not cooperative.
