Cut & Style Salon - Dwarka, New Delhi

No accountability!! Frequent ownership change! The services have become quite poor lately, and there's a constant change in ownership. It used to be good, but not anymore. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There are far better and more reasonably priced options just a few minutes away. The main issue is the frequent change in franchise owners, and the transition is anything but smooth. My friends and I lost our wallet balances during one such change, and the new owners refused to honor them, claiming that the payments weren't made to them. It's frustrating because it's the same salon name and location, but with no accountability.

Overall, I Love the experience. I took services from Neha facial n Body Polishing.The way she treated me was great and the treatments were really nice. She would also help me how to take care of my skin and what products to use. This salon has given me the best experience in both treatments !!!

Edited - Since my earlier review got 1k views, I want to share my post-nail extension experience as well. The nails came off very quick. I expected them to stick around for at least a month but in no less than 10 days, they came out one after another.... ---------------------------------------------------- Part 1 - It's a lil late but I have to review. I did my nail extensions a day before Karwachauth. It was done by Gungun. It took us 2 hours to get the desired result but... It was worth it. She has done good job. She worked patiently enough, and was well-mannered. Loved her job.

This is my first haircut in cut and style and what a wonderful job done by Ritwik...He suggested me the cut that will go with my face and he was absolutely correct... I'm really appreciate for him to give me a best cut according to my face.He is polite and well mannered too.

NEVER TAKE MEMBERSHIP OF CUT AND STYLE. They will say say anything at the time you are giving membership money. Once you have given money, they will focus on next their next prey. They gave fake promises that its a life long membership when we are moving out of the city. Since we now live in other city we could not come for couple years. Now they are saying rules have changed and you again have to buy membership. First they told all details, how much balanace is left and when asked to refund started saying there is no money in account. This is a fraud practice. BEWARE OF TAKING MEMBERSHIP HERE. With such FRAUD practices, anyways they would not last long in market. Still if you want to take membership, better go donate that money to someone needy instead of helping thieves.

Horrible Experience - Do Not Recommend! I had the worst experience at Cut and Style Salon after getting a hair-smoothing treatment. My hair went from healthy to completely brittle and dry, and it's now falling out significantly. They didn't explain the potential risks involved with this treatment either, which is so unprofessional. I deeply regret choosing this place, and I would strongly advise others to avoid Cut and Style Salon to prevent similar damage. It used to be my go to place but not anymore

Vishal ji did a very good job on the pedicure. He used the right techniques and correct amount of pressure that the experience was very comfortable. Would highly recommend!
