Megha Gupta Studio & academy

I recently had a disappointing visit to megha gupta salon. The staff seemed rushed and disorganized. My technician didn't seem to pay much attention to detail, resulting in uneven nail shapes and visible smudges on the polish. To top it off, the customer service was poor; my concerns were brushed off without resolution. Unfortunately, this experience left me with less than satisfactory nails and no desire to return.First they agreed to deal then denied and try to make more money from you

I've had THE WORST experience getting my nails done. Hated the service, extremely unprofessional staff. Waste of money Got my get nails done and my culticals are damaged and cut. I had 3 bleeding cuts by the time the procedure is done. This wasn't my first time getting gel nails done but surely it was the worst.

Must visit to get your nails, hair and makeup done, they are very professional. I got amazing experience and recommend this place to all the people in ncr.

Today it was a worst experience in this salon i went for the nail extension the nail technician start the work at 3:30pm and in between the nail work was so pathetic he has no experience of it he doesn't even know how to shape the nails and i told him many times that the shape of nails are not good even if you see the employe there they hired untrained artist. They doesn't even know basic design of ombre nails. They end up on nails at 6:30 with so much of imperfections i got so much angry that nails works took only 45mins to 1hr but they took so much of time. Guys pls be care full before you are going for it. For me it was a really bad experience

Good experience... but very cheap product used... after 3days the nails paint are getting removed..

They are just looting people, untrained staff, poor management and no manners at all. Just want money no matter they are making regular client or not. You can never grow in future with this kind of service.

It was ok .......staff is not so sure about the services. I just took the botox hair treatment and I went for hair wash on 2nd day and before washing pressing is must. Staff said no one does it and I was literally surprised to hear that......as if I am not aware about the procedure. Then post washing the hairs they said there will be charged for trimming which will b 400 . All these things are mandatory which everyone offers otherwise charging 3500-4000 for a botox is too expensive. So far hairs are ok. Will share the results post washing the hairs twice or thrice. For my mother, charges for global hair color was 2k and the grey hairs were not fully covered in the first attempt and they said it will not be done and will remain as it is as you use loreal color which they should have asked in the beginning. Then they said nhi ho paayega.....after small argument they finally applied a darker tone color on roots which they initially said that they will do it. Overall not too much happy with the services.

The studio is very nice and atmosphere is also fabulous. The staff is also good they all are friendly... Thanks and visit this studio seriously it's too amazing......
