Hair service I received was absolutely phenomenal. The stylists at monash makeover are incredibly skilled, and their expertise truly shines through in their work. I went in for a haircut and color treatment, and the result was nothing short of perfect. The stylist took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, offering expert advice on what would suit my face shape and hair type. My hair has never looked better, and I left the salon feeling confident and refreshed.

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I had gone in for a hair smoothening treatment, expecting professional service, but unfortunately, it was far from that. The staff lacked professionalism and spent a significant amount of time gossiping and backbiting about one another instead of focusing on their work. It was quite uncomfortable and unprofessional. What was even more frustrating was their complete lack of accountability. Whenever something didn't go as planned, the staff kept passing the blame onto each other instead of taking responsibility and fixing the issue. The overall environment felt disorganized and careless. To make matters worse, after the entire process was done (and quite unsatisfactorily, I must add), the senior-most stylist, Mr. Kshitij - who did not even touch my hair or contribute to the service - insisted that I write a glowing Google review specifically highlighting his name and giving him all the credit. This felt very misleading and unethical, especially when the results were far from what I had expected. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe potential clients deserve to know what they might be walking into. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for genuine, professional, and quality hair care services.

Worst and horrible.. experience..they are so unprofessional. They don't know how to do makeup..such a horrible makeup....whole face is patchy..i complaint about this to that owner lady..she literally answered me " Mam 8000 k makeup or 1800 k difference to hota hai makeup me.. Seriously....1800 ka make up aap patchy karoge.... Great..This is the answer of owner of MONASH MAKEOVER .now Come on nail extensions they simply do gel paint on extensions inspite of Acralic nail paint without any information..and also no finishing in nail paint also....my suggestion is please please do not go there are literally unprofessional....and pics are posted here are not there parlour..they have taken from other sources.....
