Got a chance to meet palette team for my groom package. Neha did a really good job in making us comfortable and made things easy for us as I was short with days. Later my family ( parents, sister and brother in law) intrested in taking some services as well. Palette team visited to the venue and did make overs of my family and friends. Whole package was economically sound. Faisal (sorry for spelling ) is awsam who did everything from hair cutting to make up. Definitely coming back and sharing this with others for upcoming events.

I , Vishakha have been a regular customer at Palette. Lately have noticed the standards of cleanliness have been coming down. During my last two visits; one as recent as this Tuesday; there was hair lying under the chairs.. obviously things had not been cleaned up post a haircut. For a salon that prides itself on being Premium; this level of cleanliness and hygiene is just not acceptable. Management definitely needs to look into this urgentlu; its a huge put off for customers

Amazing service, nothing like some people have mentioned or portrayed it down below, they have the best staff which is very much cooperative and listen keenly to the interest of their clients and then choose the best treatment for them. It is named luxury for a reason. The services and products are top notch, if anyone thinking of going their don't give it a second thought i am pretty sure it will be worth it. Other than the services the staff is very polite which you won't find it these days in other salons.
