The customer care is top notch I would 100 percent recommend you to come here and get your nails done. The staff members are not rude like the reviews say instead they are very kind Don't listen to the negative reviews since they had most likely fought behind the price even though the price cheap. This salon is the best salon I have visited for my wife's Hair Keratin and the one who have done keratin and hair colour many times in a year. I must say he is expert in his field and next time also I will go to him only for hair related services .. He is the best .. Good JobBuzz

I have very bad experience. I took the nail extension service 2 times and both the times it came out. I don't know whether service or product are duplicate. They give guarantee for 3 months but practically it's within one month it has to get refilled. And mine was out in just 1 week. I would have posted my fingers pictures if here I get option of posting. 2nd time also again they did extensions freshly and it's life was just 3 days. Very disappointing.

I think this is the best salon for hairs, nails...... The staffs are vry nc. I personally had taken hair treatment nd outcome is amazing. Guys I suggest this salon to everyone.

Girls working here have so much attidude. They do not how to handle and communicate with the customer. And its a scam , first they offer you services on lesser rate and then changed the words

Horrible experience.. This salon is using duplicate products, they just take money and don't give services later. I got my nail extension which was not worth at all and I also took a beauty package of 3000/- which was worthless. When I was getting my extension done, I went to the reception to enquire about the rates,after returning I found 2000/- were missing from my wallet.. I was told that their cameras do not work , so they couldnt find the culprit but the reality is they all are FAKE..

Cheaters - sell their packages with a promise to avail the included services any time as per your convenience and then go back on their words on the next visit. Overall, the place is extremely unclean and unhygienic. The waxing gowns are not washed and stinking. Complete waste of money, time and health risk. DO NOT EVEN TRY!!

The manager is not at all professional and gives illogical arguments. Even I paid such great amount for the services still she will give services of such pathetic quality. They dont treat customers inna good way abd are only focused on minting money by wrong ways
