!!DON'T GO THERE!! This salon is an absolute disgrace and nothing short of a scam. My friend has been a loyal customer since they opened in Sector 6, and this is how they treat her? She purchased a package for a hair spa that not only failed miserably but actually *ruined* her hair, causing extreme hair fall. When she rightfully demanded a refund, they shamelessly refused and instead offered her some nonsense about taking another service later. And when she went back to use that so-called service, they had the audacity to demand extra money! This place is a joke--a money-hungry, unprofessional scam factory that does nothing for its customers. If you value your hair, money, and dignity, stay far away. They are nothing but thieves hiding behind a salon facade.
