THE HAIR PALACE SALON RAJOURI GARDEN

These are thugs... Pls don't go after watching an offer prices on insta & whatsapp. I recently visited this salon expecting a great deal based on their advertised prices on Instagram and WhatsApp. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to find that the prices had mysteriously increased. Also, when you visit the salon they deny their own words and ask for almost double the amount they initially said. Even at first the receptionist was saying that the product is free with the service but aftr the service they charged for the product. I paid for the service and the product ( jo free tha, service k sath but still pay kiya) , total service offer price se bhi double ki pdi mjhe!! My Worst experience ever!

Hair Palace in Rajouri is quite average in terms of both services and ambiance. While the staff is polite, the quality of the work leaves much to be desired. The equipment and products seem basic, and the overall experience feels unremarkable. It's not a bad place, but if you're looking for something special or professional-level service, you might want to consider other options. It works for quick fixes but lacks the finesse that better salons offer.

Worst salon ever I visited was The Hair palace London Luxury salon but London and luxury is far away from this salon not even a single AC is working here poor condition of the salon poor hospitality poor hygiene even their pedicure chair shampoo chair are in worst condition enen their beauty rooms are so stinky not even a room freshener even their main salon door handle are broken poor maintainance this salon is nothing more than a scrap yard it's was one of the huge mistake I have done by visiting here. And please don't get trap in their package service they offer u when u go to the billing counter they force u to take package don't buy it otherwise u will be bounded by this scrap yard. They don't even ask about my experience just start saying that take the package if u take it today then this or that will be complimentary. Just come on first ask about the experience then offer something to them why anyone would like to come here again. They don't even ask for the tea and coffee even after sitting for 3hr long even for the water I have to say them can I have water.

Total disaster start from the fake welcome of receptionist tanya who dont know how to manage this saloon in terms of her team management and manpower.with 1 hairdresser only working she is giving me fake hopes that to wait 10 mins only then will cut your hair.where in i waited for 30 mins after that i left the saloon in order to save my time and went to geetanjali saloon much better. Please dont visit rajouri branch else you will be highly disappointed.

The parlour has its fair share of issues. Firstly, the place is extremely unhygienic. There's dust and stains everywhere, the towels that they use are dirty and seemed to never have been washed. The combs too have broken bristles with older hair entangled in them. The prices are quite high and do not do justice to the services offered. The service itself is extremely sub-par with the staff seeming quite unprofessional. One can definitely get much better service for way cheaper. They do not give preference to customers who have bought a package with them despite them having made full payment in advance. The managers too are quite arrogant. Overall, a horrible experience. Would not recommend.

Very bad experience at Hair Palace Salon. Totally unprofessional staff, especially Adnan and Sahil. Adnan promised me that he would do the same hair shade I wanted, and he was very confident while saying "I will definitely do the same shade." But unfortunately, he did the exact opposite. The result was completely different and disappointing. And talking about Sahil, he didn't even want to work properly. His attitude was extremely careless and frustrating. He was behaving like he was forced to do his job, with zero interest or responsibility. Receptionist was also very rude and unprofessional. Overall, I wasted my time and money at this salon. Extremely poor service, lack of professionalism, and no customer satisfaction at all. I will never recommend Hair Palace Salon to anyone. Even I don't want to give 1 star they don't deserve actually. Please don't go anyone waste of money.

The staff is amazing. They are very kind and helpful. I like my new hair cut and hair colour . It was amazing experience by Ravi hairstylist ... complete new look I m in love

The service is just bad. I had my party make up done and they let a helper do my make up , which I get to know later when they were discussing. Makeup was cakey with no finish/glow. Also , they did not drape my dupatta properly or they don't know how to do it. They only have one makeup artist who does professional makeup and I am sure her charges are more. Don't go for party makeup from junior artist.
