I had such a great experience here! My nails look amazing, super neat and exactly how I wanted them. The brow threading was so gentle and gave me the perfect shape without any redness. The whole place feels really welcoming and chill. I'll definitely be coming back!

Horrible experience. Rude manager. Inexperienced "master stylists" for curly hair. I have naturally curly hair (3b/3c, I have attached a picture) and wanted a simple blow out. I went with my sister, who has slightly curlier and thicker hair, thankfully she had a positive experience. I cannot say the same for myself. I had a terrible blow out here, and my hair frizzed up and was poofy within 30 minutes (picture attached). I came back the next day, they attempted to fix my style and the same thing happened. I was genuinely confused as I've never had this happen. When I've gotten a blow out in the past the silky smooth results have lasted at least a week (I've attached a picture of my last blowout, a week later without touch ups). When I asked them to redo it or offer me a refund, I was told my hair is too curly and unmanageable and that it's damaged and I require a treatment if I want the results I'm asking for. Instead of taking accountability for their lack of knowledge of curly hair, they placed the blame on my hair texture. I was made to feel like this was a matter of me not understanding my hair type and having unrealistic expectations of service rather than a lack of experience from the stylists I encountered. After going back and forth multiple times, I got my money back but the manager laughed in my face and told me that I was simply angry and refused to listen to expert advice on my hair. I've given them 2 stars for providing me with my refund and trying to fix their initial poor work. However, the treatment I received when I went back for a third time was unacceptable and left a sour taste in my mouth. I have never gone back to a stylist to have them fix their work. I hope they grow from this and provide better quality service in the future.

My family had such a great experience at On The Go! After being cancelled on last minute by a different hair stylist, On The Go took us in and managed to accommodate our large group for a wedding. They were very professional and so accommodating given the circumstances. The team was very helpful & gave us all such beautiful hair styles for the wedding we attended. Thank you so much to the On The Go team. We will definitely be back when we visit Dubai again!! A special thank you to the owner who was so kind and friendly. She made the experience so welcoming.

I have been coming to OTG Beauty for a couple of years. They do an excellent shellac manicure and pedicure - Mona whom I see is excellent! She spends a lot of time and does my nails with care. I have also had hair cuts and blow dry styles - I have always left very happy. See you all soon !

I've been a loyal client of this salon for over 4 years, and I can truly say it's my absolute favorite! Malik is simply the best every color, extensions that he puts for me and all the style he's done for me throughout my life has been nothing short of amazing. His talent, creativity, and attention to detail have completely won me over. I'm genuinely obsessed with his work and can't get enough! At this point, Malik feels like family to me. I couldn't imagine trusting anyone else with my hair!

Absolutely love this place! The team is incredibly professional, friendly, and talented. Malik really listened to what I wanted and gave me the same color that I wanted with the new hair extensions. Also, Aya and Bona were amazing with the nails. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, and everything was super clean and organized. Highly recommend anyone looking for a top-notch salon experience!

My only go-to place downtown for anything hair ! Malik is amazing: he understands exactly what your hair need ( whether it's treatment or trim or a complete color change) and is fabulous to work with. Whether I need a quick blowout or a complicated updo - they deliver. It's like a hair therapy. Checkout the new nail technician ( Russian-style manicure) too.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience! Joe did my hair blow-dry and left it feeling sleek and voluminous, exactly what I wanted. Bona's threading skills were impeccable, and my brows have never looked better. Highly recommend this salon especially with its friendly atmosphere that makes it a definitive 5-star choice!!!
