I recently visited Namy's Beauty Lounge at International City England Cluster for a haircut, and I am happy with the results! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. My stylist really listened to what I wanted and offered great suggestions. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the place was spotless. I Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for a fantastic haircut!

Worst salon I've ever been to the nails are very badly done I'm so disappointed and shocked by the job I don't recommend to anyone. As you can see from the attached picture the nails are streaky and the French is messy it's not neat. Furthermore, it was not the color I requested but i had already asked the technician to repeat so i felt bad to ask again because she was very nice and understanding. The staff were very sweet and welcoming it was very good customer service just the nail service itself was not good. RE: your response to my honest experience at your salon very well shows your poor level professionalism and respect to others it's honestly astounding. I did not disrespect your staff in any way nor I was not cooperative i literally mentioned In my review that the staff were very friendly and adaptable but that's clearly not the case with you. The "lady" who called was not laughing in any way it's so funny how you're making lies up to paint me in a bad image when I have done nothing. She called to inform the receptionist about the job that's all she did not disrespect anyone in any way so please don't make stuff up because you were not on the call nor were you in the salon to make up lies about my behavior. You can go and ask your staff about me behavior and you will learn that I was very respectful and cooperative hence why I stayed longer than I intended and wasted MY time and money with such unsatisfactory results. While I did not like the first color I picked I told the technician second time around to please paint it the same color as my pedicure and while it was still not the same color I still maintained respect and professionalism. I could have asked her to redo it as it was not what I wanted but I respected her time. I constantly asked the technician if it was fine on her end to repeat and she was completely fine with it so I don't see what your problem is when the lady herself did not have any issue. I did not ruin my toes as you claimed they got ruined when we were taking the pictures but you wouldn't know that since you weren't there so please don't assume. It was only one time in which one of my nails got ruined because I got a phone call eventhough I was very careful not to ruin the polish out of respect for the lovely staff but stuff happens and it was not intended as you claim it was. With all due respect you cannot run a business with that attitude towards your paying customers but instead should work on fixing the nail service which you so clearly need improvement on. All I did was provide an honest google review based on my experience as your staff requested I do so, and attacking me for my opinion won't change my experience or the badly done nail service. Everyone around me has all commented on what a poor job it was so I hope that going onwards you can handle and work with criticism so improve your salon instead of taking the time of day to attack and make up lies about customers to make yourself look good. I found a hidden gem! I had been searching for the perfect salon for my nails and struggled to find one that ticked all the boxes, until I discovered Namy's! This place is absolutely fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly, caring, and wonderful. I got a Gelish manicure, and it turned out exactly how I've always wanted. The attention to detail and the quality of service were top-notch. Thank you, girls! Keep up the amazing work you've earned a permanent client.

The reception was wonderful, but my problem was with the pedicure. The girl was very, very good, but when I removed the nails on my hands and started cleaning in the beginning, she broke my nail in the middle because she removed it with her hand and not with specialized tools, and when she finished, I told her, "It is not clean," and her face changed, and I said to her, "Do you think it is good?" She said, "Yes, I do not recommend the manicure, but their pedicure is excellent."

I have done my Hydra facial at many's beauty salon it was so relaxing calm and very good I will definitely visit for other services highly recommended

This time, we tried haircuts and hair dye -- both were done in a professional way for kids and adults alike. We plan to try more services on our next visit. Late appreciation post! I'm extremely happy with the service at this salon. I regularly go for manicure and pedicure sessions, and the warm welcome from everyone makes the experience even better.
