Crown Palazza Professional Salon

I visited Crown Palazza Salon in Calangute, Goa, for a shave and a head massage. While the shave was reasonably priced at 200, the head massage was a complete disappointment and overpriced at 1000. It was my mistake not to ask for the price beforehand, but charging such a high amount for a basic service is unacceptable. The massage itself was terrible - the person had no idea what they were doing. Instead of a relaxing experience, he just kept pressing my head randomly, which was more painful than soothing. I specifically asked for olive oil, but they used some cheap, smelly oil instead, and I only realized it after he had already applied it. The salon is far from premium - just a small setup with three chairs - and I even had to wait for an hour before they attended to me. Overall, the experience was unpleasant, and I felt cheated as a customer. If you plan to visit, I strongly recommend asking for prices and details of the services in advance. Unfortunately, my overall experience with service providers in Goa has been poor - the locals are often rude and unhelpful, leaving a frustrating impression.

I have done eyebrow threading at different salons in Goa, but I never got it done properly anywhere. This is my first time getting my eyebrow threading done at this salon (Crown Palazza Salon). Best Salon to relax and beautify urself.. Imtiyaz my all time favourite hairdresser , he has magic in his hands .. my hair are so safe and they become so beautiful when he treats them, you will feel like home while u getting any service done.. they are just perfect in any hair treatment or facial .. They also started eyelashes and nail extensions .. looking for safety for ur hair and face .. I would suggest pls visit here for anything blindly .. Imtiyaz and his team is just too good
