SVA Salon And Spa

I've been going to Sva Salon since 2012 and they've never let me down! Afrin is amazing at everything--threading, facials, hair spa, mani-pedi--you name it. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. Big shoutout to Noor for the perfect haircut and color--He got it just right. Highly recommend this lovely team!

My wife nd my self visited to Sva salon for the 1st time .. where salon was very clean & hygiene..staff was very friendly nd welcoming for everyone.. Facial &pedicure done by Afrin for my wife where co ordination was excellent with her .....suggested the best service ... perfect Haircut done by Sahil.. Writing this review so that the owner of this salon should know that the beautician who did my eyebrows literally spoil the shape and it was Easter eve. The tall fair lady was too busy dominating other staff while doing my eyebrows and she didn't even have the the courtesy to apologise to me after ruining my look. Please do not let us deal with such beauticians through your salon.

I'm giving a 3-star rating because I felt pressured into washing my hair, even though I had already washed it in the morning and informed the stylist. I wasn't looking for a discussion about dandruff or washing, just a simple haircut, but it wasn't the style I had in mind. Also, the price has increased quite a bit within 6 months.

Very poor organisation Overbooked twice Once my wash and haircut was completed within a span of 10 mins cos they had multiple booking and was charged full inspite of the the poor service Second time they over booked and both the clients are waiting for the stylish who arrived half hour late then the time of appointment only to say that they had overbooked neither they were willing to accept their mistake nor there was an apology. Really disappointed to see such poor service from a well known Salon. I hope the owner rectifies the issue

I visited the salon, and I'm extremely glad with their services, especially Sanjana. She is accurate and very quick in her work. Truly appreciate her hard efforts and dedication.
