Snip Salon and Spa Panjim. am very much satisfied with our experience here. Right from the staff at the reception to the masseur, they offered a very professional touch. The spa was clean, had a good feel and ideal ambience for a relaxed mind and body. The masseuse was very gentle and had good experience. Masters are good. But receptionist is very awful, not friendly at all. I asked a simple question how much is hair color there. I needed full coverage for my hair with particular color I've chosen in front of her. So my question was what will be the range. I even said will it be around 3000rs or 30000rs. And you know answer??? She said she doesn't know and I have to wait 1-2 hours to get this answer. I'm very disappointed in this bad service. Just to know the range of the price I have to seat 2 hours. I said her that I'll go another spa then. And she said "go" that how you guys appreciate your clients.

As always I had an exceptional experience at Snip salon and spa. The staff exudes warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The treatments were indulgent, and the attention to detail was impeccable. A true sanctuary for relaxation and beauty-highly recommend for anyone seeking unparalleled service and luxury. For me the best spa in India for sure. Must visit spa for sure.

I visited snip with so much excitement to get my cysteine hair treatment done.all i wanted was frizzyness to be gone and hair looks natural straight not poky straight. After second sitting appointment of hairwash i saw my final hair and even told the hairstylist the hair looks slight wavy now itself and she said it's natural . First day after going home it became more and after third day i.e my first wash at home it turned back to my original hair.only the superficial hair looked fine. On further consultation she kept insisting it's perfectly fine that is how it's supposed to be not straight but it doesn't look treated hair either. After i kept insisting she finally did only the inner part of the hair around neck still leaving most of it which is still frizzy now ..and did totally uninterested without hairwash applied cream and after doing told to do hairwash at home only..Not worth wasting 10.5k (including shampoo and conditioner) that also she said i accepted your hair as shoulder length instead of more than that but then why agreed for it.. doesn't mean treating this way is acceptable...so much regrets.First experience itself turned into a bad one for me and for my colleagues too who seemed interested in getting theirs done. These photos are after first wash which she said isn't frizzy ..and the last three photos after doing correction and leaving the the major portion of hair not doing anything...which is clearly frizzy ..so much regrets.. the hair which is supposed to be after 4 months i have after 1 wash..

I have been visiting Snips since so many years now. Last week I was in Panjim & visited this branch for Body Massage Therapy. I have been suffering from low back pain for past 2 months that was the reason I wanted to take body massage therapy. Ms. Anna was the one who did it for me , believe it or not she did a most amazing massage which led to complete pain relief in my low back. Thanks "ANNA"

For the kinda premium i paid second time I went with a friend, to get an Asian head massage, they had a client getting a pedicure done right near me .it was full of sounds and clanking and scrubbing sounds.. pathetic

Super professional staff and well trained masseuse that will take away your Goa tiredness. While they do seem a bit pricey, in a sea of unsure spas in Goa, these people keep their reputation and are pretty booked.
