V Luxe Salon and Spa

The salon had one job -- and somehow managed to miss the mark completely. I explained clearly what I wanted (even showed a picture), but the end result was... let's just say, not what I signed up for. The stylist seemed more focused on chatting with coworkers than paying attention to my hair. The vibe was chaotic, cleanliness questionable, and the service felt more like a chore for them than something they actually cared about. I wasn't offered water, wasn't asked if I was happy with the result -- just a quick "done" and a swipe at the payment machine. Lesson learned: just because a place looks trendy doesn't mean they know what they're doing. Would I recommend this place? Only if you enjoy paying to feel ignored and walk out looking worse than when you walked in.

Well trained and friendly staff deliver exceptional service,offering luxury at surprisingly affordable prices. The therapy experience is incredibly relaxing leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend for a tranquil retreat !!

From the very first call to the reception, I sensed something different. The owner herself spoke to me -- warm, kind, and radiating an exuberant confidence in her craft. She patiently explained various grooming therapies and relaxation massages. What touched me most was the way she ensured I'd be in the hands of her best staff -- though honestly, I could see every person there carries the same grounded energy and genuine care. The moment I stepped in, it felt like a second home. The pampering, the gentleness, the way they made me feel seen -- I was no longer a tired mom for a while. I felt like a child again, completely cared for, wrapped in kindness. VLuxe has now become my little sanctuary -- a space where I reconnect with me.
