I've been a regular at Aviana in Porvorim for the past three years, and I must say, their growth and upgrade in services have been truly impressive! Pathetic service (or lack of it) since I was made to wait for more than half an hour, change, and then was told that the staff told they could not bleach or eyebrow unless their ma'am was present. This, after I had clearly specified at the beginning (10 am) that I could proceed if those services could be completed before 1050 am. Extremely disappointed. Very unprofessional and thorough waste of time.

Aviana parlour is something different from the normal beauty parlours you see. The staff there is soft spoken and courteous. They are professional at their work.

Bad dirty rooms, spoiled equipment They refuse to attend by giving stupid excuses, She is rude When we asked for cleanliness and hygiene, She didnt apologise, became rude and gave excuses to not work properly

When I come home this is my go to parlour. I really like the owner. She is honest and does her job well. Sunaina was the one who catered to me most of the times. She too does her job well. They are very sweet. Was a really good experience colouring my hair here, or having a good blow dry for the hair. Also good facials done here. At times I go for the small things but they even do the small things well, and that matters a lot to me. Thankful to the owner for the lovely experience. And all who work there. It's a must go to place for the best parlour services. I am thankful to God for such a lovely salon :)

Hello everyone.. If you are looking for wonderful service with honesty & well behaved staff plus best nature owner, one must visit this salon..being a tourist even I was given best service.. I have the best experience ever since last 7yrs since when I started living at porvorim The owner who is operating this parlour takes car personally of customer with regards to all issues related to skin, hair, beauty and makeup ++ Folks out there who complained abt this might have visited once or might have been ask to post negative comments . I knw the parlour is much busy with most of clients around no need of such fud customer who saying it's bad I'm the regular customer of this parlour and I'm happy with it. Had facial there, just did 10 mins of massage for rs 600, no separate scrub massage, no gel massage was done, no massage was done on the eyes. Didn't felt the worth of mondey spent.
