Even though the salon closes by 8 PM, they graciously accommodated me when I arrived at 7:30 PM. Mrs. Bharti, despite it being close to closing time, kindly understood my busy schedule and ensured that I received all the services I came for--something I truly appreciate. A special mention to Ms. Rashmi, who carried out my waxing with the highest level of care, precision, and professionalism. Her attention to detail and gentle approach truly stood out and made the experience seamless and comfortable. Ms. Priyanka also extended her support with great kindness, despite the late hour, which reflects the team's genuine dedication to customer satisfaction. Mrs. Mohini worked her magic during the hair spa and eyebrow service. The spa session left me feeling deeply relaxed, and her head massage was a wonderful stress reliever.
