I booked bridal services with miss virali for my sisters wedding, she did such an amazing job and was so professional after seeing her work at the wedding all my cousins, my mom, my massi's they all left their life long salons and now only go to her, in short now she does services for my entire khandan. Highly recommend, very professional, makes you feel like home. Thank you for making my sister wedding day so special, i will be forever grateful.

One fine day I happen to visit the salon and met the owner, she assured me tht my naturally curly hairs can be enhanced after wash through her amazing products.. When she started the procedure on of hair wash and curling through her product which was hardly used in my hair.. My natural curls also were gone... When i cam back to counter to pay they charged me double the amount for doing nothing on my hair and assuring me good curls... Very poor service and they don't care if the customer is going happy or just leaving without being served well. Bad service. Really bad experience. I am editing the above review to let you know what happened after I posted an honest review about the salon.. After I posted the review the salon owner came to my office and started shouting and making a scene so that it should delete the review. When I said its an honest review and I will not delete the same she started getting more aggressive and finally told me " Learn some etiquette Madam". I left her talking to herself. Creating scenes outside my office was highly unprofessional.
