Worst experience I ever have.... The place is not hygienic at all They don't even ask for water I spent 6 hours there they have not even asked for water or tea... not client friendly at all... I have taken two packages one covers waxing facial and manicure pedicure Only waxing was ok Facial was done by a small girl facial takes one hour she has done it in 35 minutes only scrub cream and gel then pack.... Manicure pedicure was also worse the girl was not even able to clean old nailpaints from nails properly. In between the whole process lots of hairs were coming in her hand I Said her but she ignored totally no proper results of manicure pedicure.... Eyebrows were ok ok. Then I have taken keratain I will not suggest anyone to go there when they did it..it was ok but right after first hair wash hairs are as earlier....no results they have charged 2500 but I didn't get anything from it... a small effect like spa has come from keratain I am regreting why I visited this parlour... I am uploading the picture which will show how hairs were before wash and how they are after wash.... When I called them and told the issue they say aisa hi hota he hmara product aisa hi he... hum pahle hi bol dete he straight nhi honge blah blah sorry we can't do anything.. But I have seen keratain many times this was the worst and poorest... After second wash hairs are as they was there is no change
