I wished there was kind of minus marking. They people are so unprofessional ... I just went for my eyebrows done.. and that unprofessional people did my eyebrow one was thin and other was thick ... this is so disappointing.. the very next day I have to leave for trip .. bcz of this people I am so disappointed.. they mock there customers which is so bad

Service are too good special a one staff which her name sneha .. but may be second one staff is rude she don't know how to talk with clint or how to behave front of clint anyway thnx for service...

Haircut was good, but they need to improve on the hygiene of their products as comb contains a lot more hair on it, which looks disgusting.

Well, I wanted to trim my long hair and I asked not to cut much hair. The worker lady and I agreed U shape. She made a straight cut with scissor and within 30 seconds, she said, done and asked 200 INR. I mean how? I said, it doesn't look U shape hair and also can she give hair bottom U-shape with dryer. She was so hesitant to do all this with her heart however I had to insist many times and she unwillingly did. She said my hair was oily in the beginning however said, it won't impact trimming hair in U-shape and later on blame on my hair for all. I said, it doesn't look U-shape, she did Pony on my hair and said, look it's U-shape! Are you kidding me? Of course, it will look U-shape, when you hold hair like this way! I said, I wasn't happy with NEW hair cut as it doesn't even look fresh cut! Just straight scissor on hair! This can be done by any child too! Then we agreed to go for Deep U-shape. She asked confirmation and said it may become small, unwilling however I said yes, as it may justify looking fresh hair cut in U-shape. Same result. She said, now it looks U and again she made Pony and said, look! When I said, it doesn't even look Deep U-shape, both worker ladies started justifying each other. Well, my hair got short but not U shape not Deep U-shape, just basic straight that even trying with multiple efforts that I didn't even want it. This might be my once in lifetime visit to this parlor however posting this review so others can make conscious decision before cutting their lovely hair here whether to trust them for hair cut or not. I would NOT. Also, while doing eyebrow,(half eyebrow unfinished on one side) and lady worker started doing upper lips. I had to stop her to finish just both eyebrow first. How someone comprehend two such things unfinished at a time! I have never seen this kind of service before.
