Went for eyebrow and upper lip waxing. Lady was informative and took her time to make sure my eyebrows were done perfectly. Just that I had to mention the wax a bit too hot. Otherwise good service and experience

Only concerned about maximizing their profits. Manicure & pedicure - used almost 1/4th of the product in kit and rushed through the whole process. Did it for namesake. Waxing - Worst experience ever! They'll tell you that normal wax won't work at all & you HAVE TO take the more expensive one. They were so rough in handling the skin that I bled at 3-4 places. Still they were insisting on applying wax again on those areas Facial - Watered down all the products. Very thin layer of mask applied. Didn't cover the neck at all. Massaged for just 2mins. Threading - Had explicitly told them 3 times to not make the eyebrows thin. Still they cut down eyebrow hair and left me with the thinest brow I ever had. When I pointed it out, they kept the other one thicker. Giving me different looking brows and had the audacity to say that "your brows were different originally" These treatments were happening 3 days before my wedding! A very poor experience overall. Would not recommend this place for beauty treatments to anyone.

Most unprofessional service I've ever encountered. I had an appointment for 3.00pm. I was made to wait until 5pm. And still at 5pm I was next in line when I decided to leave and go to a different parlor. When asked what's the point of appointment if I have to wait 2 hours, I got very unprofessional response, "as you can see I have a lot of clients and have been very busy. I'm not sitting idle". Wow. Just wow. Please do not make the mistake of going here as I did, your entire day will be wasted.

Very unskilled and inexperienced staff. Services are not worth the price. I won't suggest anyone going there.
