Pondicherry cafe is inside the sofitel hotel in the heart of Bandra kurla complex. Mumbai. Service is really nice, choice of food including vegetarian and Non vegetarian is wide.

Totally money wasted. Me and my mum went there at the time there's offer was going on in which in Rs1500 for per person 10 or more services you get.. but services were so bad. I customised my facial of 2500 in that owner told me that she will be the one who will do this special facial but her staff did and she didn't even take out my nose blackheads same happened with my mum on facial. (2) hair wash was included in offer my mum selected but in just 2 minutes staffs boy washed my mum hair. No mask nothing. Totally disappointing. (3) at the time of pedicure the staff rubbed so much my mum foot that it started bleeding. So in short no experience staff. And the owner lady starting she will be nice to u and when you tell her that see this is what your staff has given us services she will be so unprofessional. I won't recommend to anyone even if they give services in free.

There service are very good and make up also and their owner priti is good.

Excellent unisex salon providing excellent services,Good ambience & maintaining good hygiene. The Owner Priti is quite attentive & delivers excellent result & also co-operative staff. And the most thing is the rates are not expensive. Must experience the wellness.
