Had an amazing experience at Bonanza Saloon! The ambiance was welcoming and the staff made me feel right at home. Mayur is truly an artist-he listened carefully to what I wanted and then gave me a stylish, Mayur also took the time to explain how to maintain and style my hair at home. Highly recommend Bonanza Saloon and Mayur for anyone looking for expert hair styling and great advice. Will definitely be back!

Pathethic service and ambience. Being in service industry, there was 0% focus upon service. Water supply went off and the clients were seating for 45 mins, staff was so careless that even water supply was not there; they were focus on ordering pizza for themselves. There was a guy handling everything, the photo has been attached who was eating TOBACCO in the salon, then i looked around and many male staff were eating TOBACCO. Seem3d like some LOCAL barber shop. I have been to Rajkot bramches and they provide excellent service but Jamnagar staff is so RECKLESS. Nobody even asked for water or anything. Hopefully OPERATIONS of salon changes.

I had a very pathetic experience at this salon. When I arrived, they told me to wait for about 45 minutes. I waited patiently, but even after that, my turn didn't come. When I asked again, they casually told me it would take another hour, which was really frustrating and unprofessional. On top of that, the staff could barely communicate in Hindi and seemed to give clear preference to customers speaking Gujarati. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and makes non-Gujarati speakers feel unwelcome and ignored. I would definitely not recommend this salon to anyone expecting basic professionalism and respect.

Worst even more worst. Horrible service I can't even explain I bad i felt to had a service with bonanza I was old customer of bonanza RAJKOT. This given a best service because of bhavin. In JAMNAGAR's staff of bonanza treats like they giving us service for FREE " I did my hair colour for normal length, they took more that 5 hours and what I ask for the colour they did wrong colour and after that they were this things happened. IS IT SO ???? More other than they called me next day and promised me they will finish a work in half an hour and Guess what !! They took 4 hours just for hair colour. I want mention one name HARDIK please don't take service from him he so moody people and arguing a lot. Please bonanza team and BHAVIN please give him proper training. He is not good enough. one more thing the left a colour on my scalp. On the same day it was itching on scalp and my ears so I told them please clean The colour, otherwise it shows on my scalp and on my ears. And one of the team member says, don't worry when they will wash hair. It will gone But the next day, it doesn't gone, And next day, I've been to salon and I Asked please clean the colour. They said they will try. They were not sure about colour will go and they wash my hair five times to clean the colour. Even though so many people hurts of Blowdry. My mom already hurts because blowdry she got recovered after 15 days. I really disappointed of Jamnagar saloon's service. This waste my 9 hours in total. And for the rude behaviour and I'm not satisfied of my hair eventually. I have to say not recommended and PLEASE DO NOT ATTRACT OF CHEAP OFFER AT THE END NOT GOOD

I had a wonderful experience getting my hair cut and highlighted here. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Though I can't recall their names, I've attached pictures of them. The hair massage was exceptionally relaxing. I also indulged in some delicious Indian tea and sweets during my visit, making it an even more enjoyable experience. It's truly a fantastic place to be pampered. Sending love from Sri Lanka! it was a very very very bad experience in bonanza Jamnagar. please don't go for haircut in jamnagar saloon...... yes, rajkot bonanza is one of the best service ever.... please improve service in jamnagar...

I have been redirected to this salon from ahemdabd branch and these people nothing done in my hair as I have converted the same message to them which I was got from ahemdabd bonaza shivalik shilp I got. People save your money and these people don't have experience specially in hair care. Be aware.

I went jamnagar branch for a botox treatment and hair cut And first they asked me for 5000 inr and i was okay and then another worker came and she asked inr 7000 for my hair botox treatment and 600 for haircut And she asked me to pay another additional 1500 for a membership or something all together 8500 inr , So those prices are quite higher than the rates mentioned here and i need to clarify does the rates jamnagar branch ask from me actually worth, really dissapointed, worst experience
