When I went for the enquiry, I talked about my beauty care and makeup. Then they told me that there is still money left in my membership so you can change beauty care product and choose better one. So I changed the beauty care and added a new one. When everything is completed then I got a call from them that you have to pay the money, now there is no money left in the membership. It's their mistake they misguided my by saying that there is still money left in my package at the time of booking. Even after this they are not accepting that they made a mistake. Second, when I got ready from there and went to my brother's wedding, their staff Disha called me and said that you come right now and make the payment . There is no professionalism at all, your customer is in a function and you are asking for payment immediately. I said we will talk tomorrow, now I am in a wedding function. So Disha told me to keep the phone on hault for some time and then told me that you have to come today to make the payment. She does not have a commonsence that in the middle of the function it is not possible to make the payment and clear things on call itself. Third, I didn't get any kind of glow from the good and slightly overpriced facials they did. I asked about side effects, they gave positive response, but I got blisters and a reaction after the treatment. Fourth, the make-up that was done on the wedding day disappeared under my eyes, the make-up that was waterproof was gone and was not upto the mark as told by them and as per the price. Makeup was on average side as compare to the price.

Amazing staff and amazing hospitality. I am from Goa and my experience here with Bonanza Morbi was amazing I just loved the atmosphere.

Our first experience was Excellent experience!! We r going for my daughter's hair cut,darshan has cut the hair,he's doing excellent work! We loved the haircut...staff's nature was too good

I am new in morbi... yesterday I came here for haircut...I was little worried... didn't know how much they were supposed to take or how much I would be satisfied etc... But the boy who cut my hair was fabulous ..I made him understand what I had wanted.. ..and the boy who styled my hair was awesome...

I want to write this that's why have to give 1 star else they don't deserve any I am coming in here for last 3 to 4 years but today I have to wait 1 hour without any information about my service this is not acceptable please improve your service first they said you have to wait half hour and now it has been 1 hour without any apologies pr anything at least tell us that you will have to wait more half hour..
