I have had some great haircuts, my overall experience has been inconsistent. At times, the service is excellent, with careful attention to detail and a satisfying result. However, on other occasions, the haircuts feel rushed, and the quality is not up to the same standard. I believe consistency is key to customer satisfaction, and I would appreciate it if you could address this issue. Ensuring that all clients receive the same high level of service each visit would greatly enhance the overall experience at your salon.

I just visited here for a haircut and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. Despite clearly explaining the style I wanted, the stylist seemed to disregard my requests completely. The cut I received was much shorter than I had asked for, and lacked any of the layering and shaping I had specified. Instead of the trendy, modern look I was aiming for, I ended up with a choppy, outdated style that I now have to wait to grow out or seek immediate correction from another salon. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience. It was a waste of time and I left feeling very unsatisfied. I'll be looking elsewhere for my future hair needs.

I got me gel nails done from here, NISHA did my nails with patience and it was exactly the way as I wanted it to be. My experience was excellent! If you wondering whether you should get your nails done from here than you must go ahead!
