Pooja's Salon & Makeup Studio

This is going to be an honest review. Poojas salon initially started out great to work with, the mum was supportive and pointed out Pooja one a gold medal, but after payment things changed. When it came to the trial jewellery the mum was borderline rude and not as helpful when helping to pick the jewellery. Pooja was a little more helpful but you could tell she also had a little attitude. I suggested that a jewellery owner also provided rental jewellery at a cost and to be honest would have been a better option than the salon because at least the jewellery on the wedding day could have been unique. If you check their Instagram page, all the jewellery for the brides is very similar. Also when it came to the wedding day makeup for the bride was done well and relatively fast, but no lipstick was provided for touch up and the makeup and hair was a little rushed. Attention to detail would have been appreciated. Another thing Pooja and her team were borderline rude again and I saw they were rude to the brides mum and were upset at her when she accidentally was resting while other members were getting their makeup done. Also please don't comment on other people's prettiness while you're doing the brides makeup, ultimately you should make her feel special as it's her day. For siders I also felt like the makeup and hair was not done as well as a local artist could have done in terms of adding some hair accessories or what not. Also they do try and oversell, there's no need to get a facial etc done at Pooja salon just because you're getting your makeup done there. I noticed nothing exceptional from a facial done at Poojas salons and i do understand you're trying to make a business but it would be good to see some humanity at the end of the day. Shouldn't each customer be appreciated and catered for on their big day or any event where they have paid their money is what I ask. Thank you.

Got my haircut done by Nirali and she did an amazing job! Super easy to talk to and really nailed the look I wanted. Definitely going back next time!

I did my hair and make-up for my engagement ceremony at Pooja's Salon which was truly a remarkably experience. The service was outstanding and entire look was beyond my expectations. I will return back to Pooja's salon for my wedding which will take place later this year in November. My entire look was done by Pooja's Mom who was so friendly, accommodating and ensured that I was satisfied with my final look.

Very good salon, clean and neat, I had done my haircut there,they guide us which cut look good specialy on short hair, my hair looks great after haircut without blow dry , thanks

Absolutely loved my experience at The staff was friendly, and the Pooja and her mother really understood what I wanted. My facial turned out perfect, and the whole atmosphere was relaxing. I got my makeup done here. Salon is quite clean but the staff needs to be more friendly and helpful. Talking about the charges, they are quite expensive for the area they are in,i.e., Navsari and the work and service they give is very less. I paid 2k, I got basic makeup- there was no eyeshadow seen or anything else. Makeup was a disappointment. Saree draping was good. The hairstyle was okayish too. The experience is okayish, go on your own risk here.
