Horrible experience! This salon is a complete disaster--overpriced, unprofessional, and utterly disappointing. The staff lacks even basic skills, with no proper techniques for haircuts or treatments. The quality of work is shockingly poor, and the owner is overconfident and rude, making the whole experience unbearable. Hygiene is a joke here--unsterilized equipment, dirty surroundings, and an overall suffocating atmosphere due to terrible air conditioning. It's clear they don't care about customer satisfaction or cleanliness. If you value your time, money, and personal care, avoid this place at all costs!"

Actually i have booked the makeup And i gave advance of 5k And at the time they didnt told me that the money is non returnable I also took the demo And i m ready to give 2k Like i only want 3k Now also they have client on my dates So they should return my money right If they have told me ke money will not be return Thn i will not ask for it but now they are denying

The are cheaters They didnt return my money Also they didnt gave me any service

Excellent customer service - we made appointments over phone call. On arrival for our appointment we were taken to wash hair immediately- there was no delay in our appointment and we were very happy in service we received by the staff - all staff were very pleasant and professional

I had full body wax nd face wax there...1. after an appointment I hv to wait more thn 1 hour 2. Staff behaviour is good nd co-operative bt they did not my waxing properly nd for that reason I hv to go there again! 3. We cn does not see our back so it's their responsibility to do waxing properly but they didn't check once. I m not wrting about hair cut bcz I have no experience about tht I must say cleanliness nd hygiene r good
