I went in for a haircut, and the stylist reassured me that they'd only trim a little off to keep my length. However, when I looked in the mirror, they had cut my hair much shorter than I had asked for. I was really disappointed with the result as it was nothing like what I expected. The communication was poor, and I felt like my preferences weren't respected. I won't be coming back

0 stars No one is paying attention to whether the hair dye is evenly applied or not also they are not taking care of basics There are few places where the hair is not dyed properly

Yesterday I went but the staff is not that good I have been a loyal customer since last 3 years But now the staff just keeps on changing I went for my eyebrows but the girl kept doing it wrong and I was paining very bad I wasn't going to bonanza because I thought it was just for hype but now I am definitely shifting there

I had the worst experience with their staff, they are in hurry to finish work but not paying attention to my needs, they also not take the feedback properly Never go to this place, there are better salons in the city

Worst experience ever, there is no experienced staff such as a senior hairstylist who pays attention to our needs.

We went for hair spa, but didn't like the experience. I had opted for L'Oreal hair spa which is Rs. 850 (offer price). They washed my hair first, applied the product which would be hair mask, gave a massage and gave steam for about 3-4 mins. And it was done. They did not apply conditioner or serum while washing hair. For the price, services did not do much justice. And also the staff was more interested in selling other services or products.

The staff for haircut is changed now and all the new staff and having zero experience for haircut. This was my favourite place for haircut but the new staff doesn't even know what we want in haircut. They don't understand instructions from us. Hence, I will not recommend the salon anymore.
