Looks Salon Surat

Great Work! I wanted to experiment with the Low Taper Fade haircut for a long time, and this was my first ever haircut in Surat. Result? It was exceptional; I loved my new look. A big thanks to Looks Salon and an even bigger thanks to Mr. Piyush for crafting my hair how I wanted it to be. The ambience is too good. Suggestions: I understand you have skilled barbers in your team, yet please request them not to use their cell phones while giving haircuts.

I went for a haircut from Kishan. I specifically told him (2 times) I have wavy hair and I wanted to keep my hair length with a butterfly cut. He cut up around 5 inches of my hair and a style of his own which doesn't suit my hair type, they look thin at the ends keep in mind I'm 19 with lot of volume in my hair. In my opinion it would look good on someone with straight hair. If you have textured hair you may think twice before going and also he will just do what he thinks will look good for your hair even if you have clearly communicated your opinion. 1. Before 2. Bery bad behaviour by MR AKSHAY it was a very bad experience. I went to #LOOKSSALOON ( surat New City light branch ) for the first time to get my beard and hair cut. The behaviour of the employee there named *Mr AKSHAY* was very low. Point 1. While cutting my hair, I asked him to run the trimmer slow and he said with an angry face that this is how it works here. 2. During the same time, I got a call on my mobile and he said that you people don't understand that our time is very precious. By doing this, he was pressurizing me not to talk on the mobile. 3. For the third time, when that employee Akshay was running the trimmer again, I felt pain and I requested him to run it a little slow and he stopped cutting the hair midway. 4. In total, he took Rs. 750/- but in terms of service and behaviour, it was a very bad experience.

The staff was very cooperative.. I had been there with my mother and her hairstylist was Mr.Akshay n mine was Mr.Jack and no doubt that they both did an outstanding work with our hair..

It was a very relaxing experience at Looks Salon. The staff was very helping and very patient with my requirements and suggested me to go for things that would suit me. I really loved the way Piyush took care of my haircut and facial since it is my wedding in a couple of days. Great hospitality therefore they deserve 5 star rating
