Absolutely the Worst Experience Ever - Ruined My Sister's Big Day! I wish I could give 0 stars. This salon is the epitome of unprofessionalism and poor time management. I had booked my makeup appointment well in advance for my sister's wedding function, which was scheduled early in the morning. I was assured someone would arrive on time and have me ready well before the event. To my absolute shock and frustration, the makeup artist showed up at the exact time I was supposed to be at the venue! Because of their complete lack of professionalism and disregard for time, I was ready TWO HOURS LATE and ended up missing the function entirely. As if that wasn't enough, the makeup they did was hands down the worst I've ever had. It looked rushed, sloppy, and nothing like what was promised or shown in their portfolio. I cannot express how disappointed and heartbroken I am. This was supposed to be a special day for my family and me, and it was completely ruined by this salon's negligence. Please think twice before trusting them with your important events. Never again!
