I have just taken kerabond treatment at AJ's, like other I also select this beauty parlor based on rating but honestly say very pathetic experienced, after treatment in 2 days my hair become wavy ( middle portion of backside) and when I requested to do something on it then nobody wanted to listen anything & they are not ready to fix it for free of cost or refund my money, they are charging extra for the same even though it become wavy (middle portion of backside) in 2 days, they should show some courtesy, I don't like to write too much like this, I am doing first time such harsh review in my life because my diwali become spoiled because of this.

They are fraud. They told me that a service is complimentary and then charged me bcz they couldn't meet the minimum amount of total service. I went for gel nail art and she only did art in 4 fingers and then asked for complete nail art payment. I even asked the total payment before start of the service and then she completely denied it and added more in final payment. They even added nail filing prices in final payment which they initially mentioned to be a complementary service.

I have been a regular since more than a year. The staff including Disha, Sejal, Vanita and Hetal give superb services. No matter how busy they are, they offer nothing but the best.

The service is good..! I've done hair spa and gel nail polish.. staff is also polite..;)
