Iam writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I booked for 30.03.2025 through your platform. My scheduled service was abruptly cancelled by the assigned agent, Ms. Mumtaz, under highly unprofessional circumstances. Ms. Mumtaz began calling me one and a half hours prior to the scheduled service time. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to answer her calls immediately. Upon attempting to contact her shortly thereafter, I was informed that she had unilaterally cancelled my booking. When I inquired about the cancellation, Ms. Mumtaz displayed highly unprofessional behavior, including raising her voice and stating that the cancellation was due to my inability to answer her calls. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I had booked the service with the understanding that it would be provided at the scheduled time, not one and a half hours prior. Furthermore, the agent's rude and dismissive attitude is a serious breach of professional conduct. I am also deeply concerned by the following: Lack of Communication: I received no prior communication from Yes Madam regarding potential early arrival or the agent's cancellation policy. Difficulty Reaching Customer Service: I have been unable to locate a direct customer service number to address this issue promptly. Unilateral Cancellation: The agent cancelled the service without any attempt to reach me via alternative means or to confirm if I still wanted the service at the correct scheduled time. highly disappointed . First time I booked the service.

Yes madam service is never on time, they will keep rescheduling your slots and they claim to have highly professional services but they don't. Before booking yes madam make sure they deliver an on time service. Their customer care is worst and they don't treat customers very well. So, what you see on ads is totally wrong .

The professional sanjana bhatia has magic in her hands. She is a facial expert. Apart from this she is so helpful & have a lot of patience.

Worst experience, I booked 8 days in advance for karwachauth & payment was already done while booking. However they cancelled by service 1 day before the booking & when I asked that give me booking for any other time or other day, they denied saying we don't have any slot & just cancelled & ignored my calls too. Pathetic experience

I've had so many services from yes madam. Monica Ji was the service expert who was allotted. She is extremely professional and polite. She did everything with utmost neatness. Very happy and satisfied with her service. She explains all the steps and addresses all the question with patience and is gentle too. I recommend her service to all.

Pathetic experience! I booked a service for 1 pm but customer service representative called me at 1:30 to share that agent is not available and wanted me to reschedule it for 2.30. When I agreed for 2:30.. They again asked for 3:30. Finally I got the appointment cancelled. Ruined my weekend self care plan.

Worst experience!!! Last minute cancellation happend in my booking..first they ask us the time slot of our preference then they cancel last minute and try providing 100 rs discount!! Not happy at all.. i had a family event to attend and this is very unprofessional in all aspect.
