Got my hair done today from Midas Touch Salon, at Nirvana Courtyard Sector 50 Gurgaon. The owner Divya Jain is humble and understands clients need. Her staff is friendly and well trained. They are experts and know their work. I loved getting my hair done and would definitely be visiting soon for my hair colour.

The salon staff has no technique and training of any service. Neither is customer satisfaction their objective. Went for a head massage there, and had the worst experience ever. The staff didn't put a cover or towel on the shoulders, before pouring oil until I reminded him. Then he got on a call for few minutes in middle of massage. Just round strokes of fingers on the head was all he kept doing throughout. Didn't even care about asking if finger pressure was fine. Then post that pathetic massage forgot to call for hair wash as he got busy on phone again. My wife who got a foot massage got a similar service. Staff used cream for one leg and oil for another. His nails were dirty. The towel used had hair on it. And so had the brush used to set my hair during drying. Would not recommend them at all unless you are willing to compromise on hygiene and service quality. Not at all worthy of the price charged.

I had a pleasant experience at Midas Touch Salon when my friends gifted me a pampering session on my birthday. The manicure & pedicure was a fantastic experience. Must appreciate the polite & friendly staff. Needless to say, I would definitely be visiting them again to experience more goodness.
