Lovely Salon

I have been coming to this salon for 35 years. I have travelled the whole world. But I think for me this is the best salon in the world because the advice given by Mr. Jimmy or his assistant is the best. And the atmosphere and Hygiene here is the best.

Had a disappointment the first time i went there, went back told them my issue, fixed me up with another appointment free of charge and to my surprise somehow actually fixed my hair. 10/10 would recommend.

Staff need to be more polite. We went to accompany someone who needed bridal make up. They did a decent job on the bride however were impolite to the family. Not allowing anyone to stand around the bride who must be nervous on her special day, were vary of someone just using their mirrors to do final touches for the family. Salons should be truly welcoming and be flexible depending upon who is visiting. Something I would not expect in London. The owner was watching all this but did not intervene

Mr. Radhey jii is a great person and a good hairstylist and gives a genuine opinion regarding services. Overall very good service provided by them.

Additionally, the couch in the waiting area is damaged and in need of replacement, which detracts from the overall experience. For a salon charging prices comparable to a luxury establishment, there are expectations for high-quality equipment, accessories, and furniture. Unfortunately, this is not fully met here. The salon's staff, though courteous, is limited in number, which may impact service efficiency. During my recent visit, the salon was noticeably empty, a stark contrast to previous years. Furthermore, the payment process includes a 2% surcharge on credit card transactions, a practice that is becoming increasingly rare. This reliance on cash payments suggests the salon is lagging behind modern payment practices. With the rise of new salons in the area, Lovely Salon will need to enhance its facilities and adapt to current trends to remain competitive.
