Matrix! The brand name we go for..But this branch is just degrading their name. During my waxing session, the staff burnt my arm with hot wax, which was indeed very painful for days. They are very unprofessional and rude, they don't even accept their mistake and try to cover things up. I expected a better experience from such a "BRAND!?" I do not recommend this place for any services, due to the staff's behaviour.

I'm a picky person. It was my first time hair cut experience from Matrix saloon and they nailed it, I will definitely visit again. The staff was cooperative and decent.

I visited this place for the first time hoping to get a basic hairstyle for a family event. However, i was astonished to have been treated soo well by Divya who did my hair amazingly well. She is really good at her job! Would love to visit here again.

I had a terrible experience at Matrix Salon. During my waxing session, the staff pulled my skin harshly, causing significant redness and discomfort. The pain has not subsided even hours after the session. It felt very careless and unprofessional. I expected better hygiene and expertise, but this was unacceptable. I do not recommend this place for waxing services.

Bad Customer service Bad behavior no hair talent just illiterate staff

I've been regular to Matrix for haircuts since past few months now. They got lot of junk in their staff a couple of years back, but they have fixed it now. I always ask for Ajay as he is very good at what he does.

Worst...Worst...Worst experience ever. I think Kaithal branch is just degrading the brand name of Matrix. They people are making fool of customers by giving poor services. Moreover they are overcharging by adding hidden amount in the bill without taking customers' consent. I advice not to visit this Kaithal outlet.
