If I could give 0 stars, I would. My recent visit to this salon was nothing short of frustrating. The staff were rude, inattentive, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. I was left waiting without explanation, treated with zero professionalism, and made to feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. Salons are supposed to be welcoming and relaxing -- this was the exact opposite. Hygiene was questionable, communication was poor, and the overall vibe was careless and disrespectful. I won't be coming back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone until they seriously improve their attitude and service standards.
