Mr Navpreet is really good for his work. He gave me feather+layers hair cut as per our mutual decision. He quickly grasped my cues on what kind of haircut I want.

DO NOT RECOMMEND LAKME ROHTAK, Instead you can go anyother lakme salons but not Rohtak one coz I was heavily pregnant and unable to take care of my hair. So I decided to cut short my hair. I visited Lakme salon Rohtak 3 months back and ask them to cut my hairs short with step cutting. They just simply cut my hairs short without any step cutting and charged me 700 Rs with a "sorry". A sorry cannot grow back my hairs. My simple question is why to visit lakme salon and spend 700 Rs if a roadside parlour aunty can do the same for 200 Rs... Highly disappointed, I think Lakme lacks professionalism and doesn't care for its customers anymore. And the reason for late feedback is I delivered my baby next day. BETTER TO IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE AND ACCEPT YOUR FAULT instead of pointing out customers. I told this to your manager but your manager just smile and said sorry. Your reply shows your unprofessional, rude attitude.

Great service, cooperative staff, owners are really polite and sweet. Navpreet did a tremendous job in the grooming session, suggested great applications and remedial methods for various services. Patiently worked with all my requirements and completed the process with zeal and diligence. Would recommend it for a regular visits and special treatments.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the Lakme salon in Rohtak. The staff, particularly the owner (whose name I don't recall), displayed appalling behavior and a complete lack of professionalism. The owner's demeanor was especially unacceptable, and our interaction left a lasting, negative impression on me. Unfortunately, due to my sister's wedding on November 17th, 2024, I didn't get a chance to file a formal complaint. However, I felt compelled to share my distressing experience. On 17th November 2024, I visited your salon for makeup and hair do services. My sister also had a makeup booking, but due to a medical emergency at home, we had to cancel it, for which you charged us 500. However, your owner, Mr. [Name], spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful manner, making unnecessary and hurtful comments. Furthermore, when I was taking a photo at your reception, he ordered me to take the photo outside, not inside, in a very impolite tone. I must say that owner lacks basic etiquette and manners when it comes to interacting with customers.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Feel!Suraj did a fantastic job cutting my hair and made me feel super comfortable. Suraj's attention to detail and expertise made all the difference, and I walked out feeling confident and completely in love with my new look.
