The female staff is super unprofessional. The barber was careless cut my ear in the trimmer but he was atleast apologetic and sincere . But the receptionist was so ignorant and unprofessional.

okay so the makeup artists are so pathetic, we booked appointments for makeup at a time, and those people were so stressed the two MUA's because more 3 people came, they were so stressful and didn't even listen to what makeup I wanted, they said they have to serve other people too, last thing I wanna hear on my special day, they were very rude and treated very roughly, telling me to shut up and sit back, I was treated like a child there, I really expect some respect, please don't come here! no doubt they must be talented but what's the point if the customer service is so bad, the rest of the people we're nice although they kept going on their phones not a big deal though except the two artists, never coming here again, learn some professionalism and learn to listen not speak, I didn't like my makeup here and ended up going to nikk's or somewhere idr. hope they improve, I'd like to be treated respectfully, not worth the price.
